Key Responsibilities: 1) Daily Operations: Oversee all daily operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to visual merchandising standards. Manage store opening and closing procedures. 2) Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and assistant managers. Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance. Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance. 3) Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues. Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. 4) Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to make informed business decisions. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotions and events. 5) Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including stock replenishment, ordering, and visual presentation. Conduct regular stock checks and manage stock discrepancies. 6) Financial Management: Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability. Prepare and review financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins. 7)Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
