The Empowered Tribe is a faith-driven ministry focused on worship, service, and community. We are looking for a hands-on Facility Executive with strong electrical repair and maintenance skills to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.

The Empowered Tribe is a faith-driven ministry focused on worship, service, and community. We are looking for a hands-on Facility Executive with strong electrical repair and maintenance skills to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee electrical repairs and ensure all electrical systems are functioning properly.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections of building systems, focusing on electrical safety and performance.
- Coordinate with contractors for complex electrical or structural repairs.
- Manage facility budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Assist with event setup and space preparation as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in facilities management or electrical maintenance.
- Proven experience in electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
