Job Title: Digital Marketer Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to create, implement, and optimize campaigns across various digital channels. Your goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement through effective online marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates.
SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and landing pages for search engine optimization (SEO) and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to improve online visibility.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter) by creating, curating, and sharing engaging content.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns, to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Paid Advertising: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, monitoring and optimizing performance for maximum ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Hub Spot, or similar, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Website Management: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the company website is optimized for user experience and conversion, and regularly update content.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Test and optimize landing pages, calls to action (CTAs), and other digital assets to improve conversion rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation activities.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hub Spot, Mailchimp, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics.
Work Model: Monday to Thursday (Onsite), Fridays (Remote). Salary: 250, 000 – 350, 000 net. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦350,000.00 per month
