Job Title: Internal HR Executive Location: Lekki, Lagos Reports to: COO Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary: The HR Executive will support the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that HR practices are effectively implemented and aligned with company policies and objectives. The role involves managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits, training, and development programs while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Staffing: · Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities. · Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. 2. Employee Relations: · Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. · Assist in resolving employee issues and grievances in compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. 3. Performance Management: · Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and employee evaluations. · Track and monitor employee performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Training & Development: · Coordinate employee training programs and workshops to ensure professional growth and skill development. · Identify training needs in consultation with department heads and arrange appropriate training sessions. 5. Compensation & Benefits: · Assist in the administration of payroll, benefits programs, and employee incentives. · Ensure accuracy and timeliness of salary disbursement and benefits-related issues. 6. Compliance & Reporting: · Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. · Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management decision-making. 7. HR Strategy & Projects: · Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. · Support HR-led projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity programs, and culture-building activities. Key Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field. - Skill of data management - Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
