Role Summary
The customer support/solution officer is a corporate executive tasked with supporting clients and shareholders.
Responsibilities
Sells available capital market products to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer's needs, and evaluating sales potential.
Establishes, maintains, and coordinates an effective partnership with the clients, and shareholder collaboration.
Acts as a liaison between the shareholders and the company to ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
Evaluate client and shareholder needs and identify the resources to accomplish the goal.
Requirements
BSc. in any related field.
Having experience in the Capital Market will be an advantage.
Experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of processes.
Competencies/Knowledge Needed:
Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
Ability to work independently and with others.
Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Adequate knowledge of the capital market and its operations
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.

Goal-driven and highly motivated.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
