In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their vehicle warranties, claims, and coverage options. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience while effectively resolving issues and providing accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month

Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience while effectively resolving issues and providing accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about warranty products, coverage options, and claims processes.
- Assist customers in filing claims and troubleshooting any issues related to their warranties.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and participating in team meetings.
- Minimum of Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
