Maintaining confidentiality:
- CSRs uphold customer confidentiality, especially regarding financial matters and identity.

Working with sales:
- CSRs may work with the sales team to create better methods for addressing customer complaints.
- CSRs can work for many types of businesses, including retail stores, banks, and insurance companies.The specific duties of a CSR may vary depending on the company and industry.
- Listening to customers' concerns and handling complaints and returns.
- Giving detailed explanations of services or products.

- Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues.
