Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our content and online marketing strategies. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for crafting engaging blog posts, managing email marketing campaigns, and implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and knowledgeable in digital marketing techniques that can grow our online presence and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ₦50,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month

- Content Creation:
- Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts that are SEO-friendly and align with our brand voice.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure timely production and publication of blog content.
- Craft compelling and informative articles, infographics, and social media posts that attract and engage our target audience.
- Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and product announcements.
- Manage email lists, segment audiences, and create personalized email content to drive engagement and conversions.
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Digital Marketing:
- Implement and manage digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, SEO, and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create visual and written content for digital ads, landing pages, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Analyze marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Social Media Management:
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and Twitter.
- Create and schedule engaging content that increases followers, interactions, and brand visibility.
- Experience in Content Creation: Proven experience in writing and publishing blog content. Ability to write in a clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized manner.
- Digital Marketing Skills: At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of email marketing, social media management, and SEO strategies.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mail Chimp, Hub Spot, or similar tools. Ability to design and run email campaigns, analyze performance, and improve future campaigns.
- SEO & SEM Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner), and basic SEM (Search Engine Marketing) techniques.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data from various marketing channels (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Creativity and Design Understanding: Strong creative skills, with the ability to work closely with design teams to develop compelling visuals for digital marketing campaigns.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey ideas clearly and work with cross-functional teams (design, sales, marketing).
