Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers using the Mevron ride-hailing platform to their destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bike at all times, ensuring it meets company standards for safety and appearance.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and Mevron's ride-hailing policies during trips.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance checks on the bike to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the bike as needed, providing a courteous and professional service experience.
- Keep accurate records of completed trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Report any accidents, incidents, or bike issues to the appropriate channels promptly.
- Uphold Mevron's standards of professionalism, reliability, and customer service excellence at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Company Biker or in a similar role within the ride-hailing industry.
- Possession of a valid driver's license for motorcycles and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with local routes, traffic patterns, and navigation apps used for ride-hailing services.
- Exceptional riding skills and knowledge of safe riding practices, with a strong focus on passenger safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with passengers.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle long hours of riding and various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the ride-hailing service.
