Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability for solar products.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and promotional activities.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the best pricing and terms.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Provide training and support to the sales team on solar products and technologies.

Stay updated with industry developments and advancements in solar technology.

Requirements:
