Call Centre Sales Agent
A leading technology firm with a special focus on vehicle tracking and telematics, is looking for highly motivated and result-driven Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in Cape Town.
In this role, you will work in our fast-paced call center, where your main responsibility will be to present and sell our latest tracking solutions to potential customers over the phone. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a customer-centric approach, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and sell our tracking solutions, explaining features and benefits accurately.
- Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
- Capture and process orders accurately.
- Maintain a high level of product and company knowledge.
- Meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Confident to cold call
- Have a minimum of 6 months sales experience.
- Clear Criminal record
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
- Monthly Basic Salary (R5500)
- Commission
- Medical Insurance and Emergency Assistance after 3 months of employment
- E-Learning portal access to over 60 courses
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday– 8am to 5pm
- Tuesday are Marathon Days – 8am to 8pm with R50 provided towards lunch
- Friday - 8am to 3:30pm
- You will be required to work 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 1:30pm
