Respond to incoming calls and provide information about our services and procedures.
Make outgoing calls to propective clients
Schedule and confirm client appointments in an organized and efficient manner.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
Stay informed about our services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service.
Requirements
Bsc or equivalent; additional customer service or communication certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed to support client scheduling.
