Key Responsibilities: i. Business Strategy Development: · Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals. Work closely with management to align these strategies with the company’s overall objectives. ii. Sales and Revenue Generation · Drive sales efforts to meet revenue targets by identifying, generating and converting leads into paying customers. · Ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded through effective sales planning and execution. · Collaborate with the sales team to create sales pitches, presentations, and tailored packages for individual and corporate clients. · Regularly review sales performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective measures to maintain steady revenue growth. iii. Partnership and Client Management: · Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, collaborations, and high-value clients. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to foster long-term engagement. · iv. Market Research and Analysis: · Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and threats within the aesthetics and plastic surgery industry. Recommend adjustments to business strategies based on market insights. · Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and identify gaps in service offerings. Use findings to propose marketing initiatives that differentiate Ethereal Healthcare from competitors. v. Marketing and Promotional Campaigns: · Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and client acquisition. Develop strategies for targeting new client segments and expanding service reach. vi. Reporting and Performance Tracking: · Prepare detailed reports on business development progress, including key metrics on client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. Present findings and recommendations to senior management. Skills and Requirements: · Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business development, marketing, or sales in healthcare or aesthetics. · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage. · Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. · Strong social capital in the healthcare sector with an indepth understanding of the market dynamics.
