Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure alignment with company goals.
Manage and coach branch staff to achieve performance targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance branch performance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in a financial institution.
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record in achieving targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
