Admin Associate
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures to improve the operations and function of the department
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchase of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
- Manage the administrative team; including training and developing team members to enhance performance
- Manage travel and accommodations process of team members
- Collaborate with Leadership and other departments to understand their administrative needs and provide strategic support and solutions
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for important and confidential organization’s documents
- Prepare admin’s weekly reports and presentations on expenses and office budgets as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, and ensure service level agreements are met
- Work closely with Leadership and finance team to develop and manage the administrative department's budget
- Plan administrative processes, identify key areas of improvement, establish guidelines, and implement protocols
- Coordinate with Leadership and Talent team to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives
- Support the smooth run of in-house and external events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in administrative management or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures
- Advanced ability to plan, schedule, and execute office-related events.
- In-depth knowledge of administrative recordkeeping practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
