We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team @ Tabitha's kids early years centre Abuja.This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential support to both management and staff. Key Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. - Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars. - Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. - Organize and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical). - Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies. - Handle data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking. - Provide administrative support during meetings (agenda preparation, note-taking). - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive office environment. - Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and filing. - Support HR with employee records and new hire onboarding processes. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
