Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
The Administrator shall oversee the academic, administrative, entrepreneurial, and accounting aspects of Copen Tech/Copen Academy
Manage a team of support staff.
Oversee student enrolment and maintain proper discipline.
Interface with funding agencies and training certification bodies.
Oversee the evolution and growth of the institute.
Requirements:
Morally sound, of impeccable character, proven integrity, and free from financial embarrassment
A minimum of a first degree from a recognized Institution, preferably in the construction management disciplines.
A minimum of three (3) years experience at the management level in a training institute and human capacity development agency (experience in a TVET Institution will be an extra advantage)
Demonstrate evidence of strong academic and administrative leadership initiative and creativity in policy formulation, good human relations, and positive managerial attributes
Proven competence, initiative, vision, and capacity to sustain the accelerated pace of development of the Institute.
Must be proficient in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
