A leading organisation within the health sector in Takapuna is looking for a motivated inventory coordinator to join their small, dedicated team. Starting asap this temporary role will keep you busy for the next 12 months with the potential for a permanent role in the future. This role is primarily Monday to Friday working 7am – 3pm. Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and checking stock
Stock receipting and rotation
Replenishing stock across departments using trolleys
Handling stock returns, missing items and overstock issues
Ordering stock as required using Oracle
Assisting with additional ad hoc duties as needed
What you’ll need:
Previous experience in stores/inventory control
Strong computer skills with the ability to handle physical/manual tasks
Happy to be on your feet and moving stock between departments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
A team-orientated mindset
