Our client is private healthcare provider affiliated with Southern Cross providing treatment for varicose veins and vein health, they are based in Remuera.
They are looking for a casual Health Care Assistant to work 1 - 2 days a week. The key to this position is your passion for working with patients to provide a positive caring experience putting patients and ease along with ensuring the service provided is efficient. You will be working with a passionate close knit team.

As a Health Care Assistant, some of your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Acting as a chaperone for female clients while undergoing treatment by a male sonographer
- Cleaning up all equipment in line with procedural sterilising policy
- Cleaning and looking after all the clinic spaces
- Taking photographs of patient's leg areas for treatment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Being able to provide quality care to patients
- A positive, warm and welcoming attitude
- Effective communication written and verbal
- Previous clinical experience
