Job Description:

As a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS), you will be responsible for overseeing traffic management operations on various roadwork sites, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. This temporary position requires a candidate with Cat AB qualifications to manage complex traffic scenarios efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor traffic management plans.
• Supervise and manage traffic control personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure traffic management practices are followed.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to traffic management activities.
• Respond to and manage any traffic-related incidents or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid STMS qualification with Cat AB.
• Proven experience in traffic management on roadwork sites.
• Strong understanding of traffic management regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of traffic management planning software and tools.
• Class 1 licence, Class 2 would be preferred.
