Job Description

- Food and coffee experience
- A genuine customer centric approach
- Proven business and commercial acumen
- Operational effectiveness and continuous improvement mindset
- A passion for retail and customer service
- Have resilience
Responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and Training site teams
- Managing site sales targets and budgets
- Maintaining financial records
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Stock ordering and control
- Maximising profitability and meeting sales targets
- Ensuring a safe environment and complying with all Health and Safety requirements
- Execution of promotional material and displays.
- Liaising with the business head office
- Managing rosters
