Restaurant Manager Role: As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the evening and night-time service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You will lead a dedicated team, maintain the venue’s high standards, and contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient service during busy night-time hours
Ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure, with a strong focus on hospitality excellence
Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain high food quality and timely service
Manage rosters and staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours
Oversee stock control, including ordering and inventory management to meet demand without waste
Ensure full compliance with Food Control Plans and Health and Safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment at all times
As the Ideal Candidate, You Will:
Have previous experience as a restaurant or hospitality manager, ideally in a busy, night-time environment
Be confident in leading a team and managing operations during high-traffic evening and weekend shifts
Have strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Be detail-oriented and able to manage stock, budgets, and compliance requirements
Be solution-focused, with a proactive attitude and a love for the fast-paced hospitality industry
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
