Restaurant Manager - Wither Hills
In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational management to a highly engaged venue team to deliver a best-in-class Cellar Door and Restaurant hospitality offering to our customers so that they experience the essence of the brand.
Reporting through to the Venue Manager, this role will ensure profitability by delivering on business objectives and targets by achieving quality, safety, and people standards. You will bring your proven ability to motivate and drive people, combined with strong commercial acumen and proficiency in reading and reporting on financial details. Your mental agility and professional judgement required to resolve unforeseen issues are vital, along with experience in hospitality management. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally along with strong communication skills written & verbal. You will have a firm grasp on Microsoft programs such as excel, word & most importantly outlook.

About the Role:
- 5 days a week over a varied roster, may include double or split shifts and weekend work is required.
- We would prefer an applicant with NZ Citizenship or residency, but for the right candidate we may consider sponsorship.
- Manual handling of wine cases and stock movement is a requirement of this role.
- Assisting the Venue Manger with payroll, stocktakes and Health & Safety requirements along with liaising with clients for events & functions.
