Food & Beverage Manager Role: As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of multiple busy venues. You will lead diverse teams, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality service that our establishments are known for. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing the strong reputations of our locations. This role requires flexibility, as shifts may include both day and evening work to cover the full scope of our operating hours. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire teams across multiple busy hospitality venues, setting high standards and fostering a positive work culture
Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily performance at all locations
Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure cost-effective practices and minimal waste
Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a fresh, innovative, and quality-driven menu
Create and manage rosters to optimize labor costs while meeting key performance targets
Ensure full compliance with Food Control Plans and Health and Safety regulations
Engage with customers directly to maintain high satisfaction levels, leading by example in every interaction
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve the guest experience, while driving efficiency
Manage budgets and prepare financial reports for all venues, contributing to the financial success of the business
As the Ideal Candidate, You Will:
Have strong experience in hospitality management, preferably overseeing multiple locations or busy operations
Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, capable of leading by example
Possess a thorough understanding of Food Control Plans, Health and Safety regulations, and compliance standards
Have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and grow your team
Be solution-oriented, with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
Be customer-focused, passionate about delivering outstanding service, and building strong customer relationships
