If so, let's talk! The Recruitment Coordinator role combines client/candidate service delivery, recruitment, coordination and scheduling workflow as part of the recruitment resourcing team. This is a key role ensuring business outcomes are met within strict deadlines. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Role overview As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective workflow management including filling job order requests, consistent service delivery to clients and candidates, and full process compliance. You will have proven experience in a coordinating/scheduling role, working in a fast-paced environment. A strong communicative and collaborative mindset is essential along with a solution driven approach.

Provide friendly and responsive service

Job order management and scheduling
Recruitment activity
Client and candidate management
Immigration resourcing
Migrant worker pastoral care
Tech champion for CRM system
Administer pre-employment drug screening (training provided)
Shared on-call roster to manage after-hours client calls.
