About the Role

Join us at the Oceania Career Academy (OCA) Campus in Mangere as our Sales Recruitment Officer (Recruiter Ta’Ita’I) and play a key role in shaping the future of education. Reporting to the Campus Director, you'll spearhead recruitment campaigns and work closely with the Campaign Ta’Ita’I to develop targeted strategies that attract and enrol students. Your responsibilities will include managing events, handling inquiries, and guiding prospective students through the enrolment process.
About You
In this full-time role, you'll engage with a diverse network of partners and external agencies, ensuring a continuous student base and supporting our mission to offer exceptional educational opportunities. Flexibility with working hours is essential, as early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required. A full New Zealand driver’s license and proven recruiting experience are required.
