We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Recruitment Team as the Team Leader.
Leading a team of four talented Recruitment Advisors, you will ensure the delivery of effective, efficient, and innovative recruitment solutions for our internal stakeholders.
We are keen to find someone who can take a strategic view to attracting talent and actively manage our employer brand in the market. You will be proactive in working with the team to design and deliver ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes, service delivery and resources for hiring managers.
Ō pūkenga/Skills and Experience
We are seeking a customer-focused recruitment specialist with experience leading a team of Advisors.
You will:
- have extensive experience in public service recruitment.
- demonstrate experience lifting team capability and service offering improvements.
- have proven ability to lead a busy advisory team, empower and develop direct reports, and build a positive team culture.
- be data-driven and keen to turn data into action points for improved service outcomes
- be familiar with Springboard or other applicant tracking systems

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $110,766 to $143,388 – the appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
