• Possess a strong work ethic and solutions focused character in an exciting and evolving recruitment environment.
• Possess a bachelor's degree (or partial grad) preferably in HR or Recruitment (ideal but not essential).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering lasting connections.
• A great team player and positive mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and well-versed in various digital tools.
• An understanding of the healthcare sector particularly within Community Health and ACC.
• Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi, embracing cultural sensitivity and fostering inclusivity.
