Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role
As a Kaiāwhina you will:
Support connections with ākonga to promote a healthy work-life balance, providing access to pastoral care, resources, and community support information.
Organise and manage activities that enable students to connect, support one another, and build a sense of belonging.
Facilitate embedded sessions to enhance ākonga success and provide support during critical learning phases.
Conduct administrative tasks to track the impact of services, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the student experience.
The appointing salary for this role will be between $61,200 and $80,300, dependent on skills and experience.
