Te Whānau o Waipareira's Waipuna Clinic is seeking Kaiārahi to provide integrated support services across Tāmaki Makaurau. We have 2 fixed term full-time positions available, ready for an immediate start!
As a Kaiārahi within the clinical landscape, you will identify pathways for whānau to thrive, working closely with key healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
You will play a vital role in capturing the story of change, ensuring that whānau are connected to the right healthcare and social services, at the right time. Managing a caseload clinical referrals, your strong administrative and interpersonal skills will be critical as you navigate healthcare systems and empower Māori to achieve better health outcomes.
Your Skills & Experience
We consider a broad range of technical skills and lived experiences. Ideal candidates will showcase the following competencies:
Commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
Prior experience supporting whānau in the community.
Prior experience in a clinical setting would be advantageous.
Relevant health, social science, or humanities qualification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Excellent administration, case noting, & reportage skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of local community networks.
Full NZ Drivers License is essential for local travel.
