This is an exciting opportunity to support the Interislander Sales Team in the coordination of day-to-day international trade reservations, bookings management and trade partner processes. This opportunity will see you utilise all of your coordination and customer service skills to create a positive customer experience and contribute to the team achieving sales and revenue targets.

What you’ll do

You’ll be responsible for handling agent enquiries to ensure timely processing of current and forward international bookings, dealing effectively with agent questions and account queries, undertaking standard operating processes to distribute trade partner communications, and other general administrative tasks.

Along with these important responsibilities, you’ll actively contribute to key projects alongside the sales team and contribute to improvements to systems and processes.

What you'll need

Ideally you will come from a sales coordination role, with a proven skillset in administration/ coordination along with proven ability to prioritise your work and manage competing deadlines.

You’ll really need to be a relationship person! You’ll be interacting with our international trade partners, so it’s imperative you can communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally. An aptitude for systems, along with a detail focused and diligent attitude will ensure your success.
