About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi

We have exciting opportunities for Innovative & Inspiring Learning leader’s to transform our organisations learning culture and drive capability performance.

Working collaboratively with our P&C community, you will bring a natural curiosity focusing on innovative performance, In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to pinpoint capability needs and create effective learning solutions that align with our strategic goals, driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities: -
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business operations and financial principles.
  • Navigate and manage relationships in multifaceted and dynamic settings.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Distinguish between long-term strategic goals and immediate operational requirements.
  • Prioritise initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
We have 3 roles available across NZ Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain and Global Food & Regulatory Safety in which we will consider all applications for all areas.

About you | Ko wai koe

We are looking for super stars with deep partnering L&D, OD, P&C experience. You will be able to respond to our dynamic business needs while being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a number of different and priorities.

To thrive in this role, you will need strong influencing skills and a commercial mindset to find the best and most cost-effective solutions for our L&OD challenges. You will also bring a strong business acumen and experience working in complex environments. By distinguishing between strategic and operational needs, you'll build trust and credibility, delivering tailored solutions that work for everyone.

Key requirements include:
  • Extensive experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, and/or HR partnership.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships in large complex environments.
  • Expertise in driving performance, growth and innovation within a commercial, outcome driven environment and approach
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business leaders to align L&OD needs with strategic business plans.
  • Effective at juggling multiple demands from diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of commercial aspects, including budget management and procurement.
  • Proven ability to champion change, secure buy-in, and address resistance.
