Civil Engineering at Fulton Hogan

Graduate - Civil Engineer
As a Graduate, you will be joining our organisation as an entry-level professional, embarking on a 2-year journey of learning, growth, and practical application of your education. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience, exposure to different aspects of our business, and the opportunity to develop essential skills and competencies. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, contribute to projects, and participate in training and development programmes to kick-start your career, and build capabilities that align to the relevant professional Position Description.

We’re looking for someone with:

A tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Civil Engineering from a NZ recognised tertiary institute.

NZ/AU Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency, at time of application.

Great time management skills and takes pride in their organised and self-directed work style.

A strong emphasis on safety and consistently demonstrates ethical behaviour while treating others with respect.
