The opportunity The aim of our graduate programme is to provide graduates with an opportunity to develop Supply Chain skills and knowledge with the potential to establish a meaningful, longstanding and deeply rewarding relationship with Delegat Limited.The programme will provide a unique entry-level opportunity to experience the full process of our supply chain, from grape receival and the winemaking process, through to the bottling, shipping, and delivery of our finished product to our end customers and global warehouses in all our key export markets. An opportunity to complete two vintages at Delegat –Marlborough winery, supporting the winemaking process from grape receival through to finished wine.
Operational experience at our Auckland Winery, our bottling and shipping facility in west Auckland. Engaging in various tasks, including some hands-on responsibilities such as picking and packing and handling wine cases up to 16 kg.
Planning experience with our global markets team at head office in central Auckland.
An opportunity to rotate through brief placements with other head office functions (finance, P&C, marketing, sales, IS)
Throughout this 18 month fixed term programme you will be assigned defined learning objectives and you will receive regular performance and development reviews to support you in achieving these goals. In addition to this, you will also be assigned a mentor for support and guidance.
