Job Summary:
As a Seller for Twily Products, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our digital marketing services and payment gateway solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored services that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, text messaging and emails.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand and explain our training offering
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market conditions to effectively position Twily’s offerings.
- Present and demonstrate our training programs.
- Customize presentations based on the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals effectively.
- Overcome objections and resolve issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of client projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the digital marketing sector or technology services.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and online payment systems is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
