This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic team on a full-time, on-site role located in Marrakesh, Gueliz. **** (only apply if you understand this is an office based role in Marrakesh. Do not apply if you cannot live/work from Marrakesh)**** As a Call Centre Sales Agent, you will handle a high volume of outbound calls to business and consumer clients to sell them the benefits of our partner products and/or services. We have a wide range of exciting products and services for our clients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also need to update customer information and maintain accurate records of customer interaction.

Profil Recherché
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English language
- Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Good level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Office based role in Marrakech - Gueliz
- 10am to 6pm 5 days a week
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience
