We are looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department with day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and providing administrative support. Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews. • Maintain and update employee records. • Help coordinate onboarding and off boarding processes. • Answer employee queries related to HR policies and procedures. • Assist with payroll and benefits administration. • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
