Retreat Operation Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the brand and company policies, including training and guiding team members.
  • Assist in planning, assigning, and directing activities and events to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure guest requests and expectations are met efficiently.
  • Handle day-to-day correspondences on behalf of the Retreat Manager, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Review and follow up on guest feedback and reviews, assisting the Retreat Manager in maintaining service standards.
Requirements:
  • ​Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort / retreat industry and in management level.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self discipline and independence.
  • Willing to stay in at the retreat.
  • Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package
