Retreat Guest Ambassador (Guest Service Agent)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Interaction and Service
  • Greet guests with warmth upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to help them settle in.
  • Ensure guests receive outstanding service by promptly and courteously addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Proactively engage with guests to anticipate their needs and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues, working towards effective resolutions while maintaining positive relationships.
2. Knowledge and Promotion
  • Be well-informed about the retreat's facilities, services, activities, and amenities, and provide tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Stay updated on all offerings and upcoming events to promote them effectively to guests.
  • Actively promote retreat services, including food and beverages, and various activities.
3. Coordination and Organization
  • Coordinate effectively between guests and retreat departments for reservations, special requests, and inquiries.
  • Help organize and promote retreat events and activities, contributing to a vibrant social atmosphere.
4. Safety and Maintenance
  • Observe and report any safety and security issues or facility defects, following up to ensure action is taken.
5. Record Keeping and Analysis
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and preferences to enhance future service.
  • Manage databases that track programs, attendance, and feedback to analyze and improve the effectiveness of our activities.
6. Brand and Image Management
  • Uphold the retreat's image and reputation, positioning it as a high-quality establishment.
Requirements:
  • ​Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Professional Certificate in Marketing/ Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in hotel/resort / retreat industry/ customer service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self discipline and independence.
  • Willing to stay in at the retreat.
