Purchasing Assistant *Mandarin Speaker

As a Purchasing Assistance, you will be the key person to coordinate with suppliers on sourcing materials, quotations, price negotiation, and delivery status. You are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material.
You will play an important role in
  • Ensuring and practicing a proper filing system.
  • Issuing PO and maintaining systematic filing of PO and matching invoice with DO & PO
  • Performing all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the director whenever necessary from time to time
  • Supporting managers and sales teams through a variety of tasks related to events, campaigns, and communication.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
