We are looking for candidate who is passionate about Marketing the key person need to be sensitive with latest trends, and enjoy creating social media contents. The candidate will be reporting to the marketing manager and working closely with the marketing team in understanding the marketing calendar & campaigns to curate content for social media (including but not limited to Instragm, Tik Tok & Facebook), and assist on upcoming marketing / launch events. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
Your Daily Scope
· To strategize and plan new partner pitching​, collaboration strategy, content planning.
· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
· Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events.
· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
· Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
· Copy-writing for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
· Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
· Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
· Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Skills Requirement
· Strong organizational and planning skills.
· Able to think-out-of-the-box, with creativity and commercial awareness.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Outstanding knowledge of market research techniques and analytical abilities.
· Social Media platform savy
· Editing visual using external apps for Instagram reels and tik tok.
· Simple photo editing using external apps to enhance picture for Instagram / Facebook stories and posts.
· Experience in handling launch / promotional events.
· Experience interacting with customers via social media platforms (enquiries & feedback)
Qualifications, functional skills, and knowledge:
· Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field.
· Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
· Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
· Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
· Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation/overseas.
· Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
