Purchasing Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Assist in coordinating the procurement of goods and services for F&B operations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and operation teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
- Compile vendor invoices, delivery orders and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock take, report and follow up for any discrepancies for outlets.
- Ensure that all procured products meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the status of F&B outlet’s open purchase orders to expedite and ensure timely delivery of all orders.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing as well as establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in analyzing market trends to identify new suppliers and products and recommend product substitutions to the team.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
