JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for an HR executive specializing in Payroll Administration to manage the group’s Monthly Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration JOB DESCRIPTIONS To be responsible for the full spectrum of payroll function and related report. To maintain payroll record and resolve any payroll queries or issue to ensure accuracy and compliance. To be responsible for statutory payment and liaising with related government bodies. To develop, improve and maintain payroll policies. Familiar with attendance / payroll system . Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Business & Administration Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Payroll processing. (Experience in manufacturing is an added value) Familiar and well versed in the Employment Act 1955, Malaysian Industrial Act and related regulation.
