Job Description

• To review the purchase orders for compliance with corporate policy.
• To ensure accurate purchase order prices and vendor cataloging.
• To verify purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget.
• To ensure items are purchased in a timely manner and at the lowest cost.
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
• Order special products in a timely manner.
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• To perform other duties as directed by superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to maintain own stand even under pressure.
• Able to work independently without supervision.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Rambai, Melaka.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
