Brand Executive (Restaurant's Visual Merchandizing)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Interior design or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field or experience in marketing, brand management, visual merchandising or a similar role.
3. Skills / Competencies:
a. Well understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
b. Creative thinking and problem-solving
c. Good organizational skills
d. Familiar with market research techniques in regards to visual merchandising.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Benefits:
- Oversee and implement brand strategies to communicate the brand's value and uniqueness.
- Develop and maintain brand documentation, such as style guides and marketing materials.
- Arrange visual elements like furniture, decor, and signage to enhance the ambiance of outlets.
- Source and select high-quality flowers and plants, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Install flower arrangements on-site, aligning them with the outlet’s aesthetic.
- Manage inventory and procurement of visual assets, adhering to budget constraints.
- Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email campaigns to enhance brand presence.
- Regularly assess visual displays and ensure consistency in visual branding across all outlets and channels.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for visual display installations.
- Guide outlet managers and staff on visual display standards and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the brand strategy.
