Brand Executive
Responsibilities involve developing, implementing and executing retail and wholesale action plans and strategies, as well as developing new retail/brand partnerships to contribute to the growth of our business.
Ability to facilitate communication, contribute ideas about Brand differentiation, and able to operate independently to contribute to the growth of the company.
Job Descriptions
· Manage, develop and execute business plan and strategy for retail partnerships (franchisee, department stores, marketplace, other partners etc), to ensure attainment of Company goals and profitability
· Prepare action plans and effective search of leads and potential retail partners/brands
· Initiates and coordinates development of action plans, including engaging suitable retail partners and internal stakeholders
· Provide timely feedback to the Management regarding retail and brand partnerships performance
· Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing information to the management for approval
· Negotiate the best possible commercial terms with retail and brand partners
· Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance and Procurement teams to ensure project requirements are met on a timely basis
· Maintains contact and relationship with relevant partners to ensure high levels of satisfaction
· Project accurate representation of Company to clients and partners
· Oversee distribution and delivery by Supply Chain/Logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods
· Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients/partners
Requirements
· Candidates with prior experience in Brand Management, particularly Beauty category or premium/ lifestyle brand is appreciated
· Strong organizational and analytical skills
· Adaptable and flexible
· Positive attitude, pleasing personality and ability to work well in teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
