Production Leader
Responsibilities:
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
Benefits:
Expected Start Date: 11/01/2024
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversee and coach employees
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
- Check production output according to specifications
- Scheduling and coordinating production schedules with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Counsel employees on how to achieve an optimal output or workflow.
- Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.
- Compiles and analyses production records.
- Assigning tasks to employees based on their skills and experience levels.
- Monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to ensure they are within acceptable ranges.
- Reviewing safety procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all workers.
- Submit reports on performance and progress
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Training new employees in proper work procedures and safety measures.
- Enforce safety guidelines and company standards
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Diploma; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
