Production Planner Executive
Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and implementing effective production schedules to ensure the efficient operation of the manufacturing process. This role involves coordinating the flow of materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Scheduling:
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

This role involves coordinating the flow of materials, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Scheduling:
- Create and manage production schedules based on customer demand, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules to account for changes in customer orders, material availability, and equipment capacity.
- Prioritize production orders to meet deadlines and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the purchasing to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and accessories for production.
- Delegate manpower effectively to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production needs, and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Collaborate with production team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational challenges.
- Address any production delays or issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production schedules, inventory levels, and order status.
- Generate reports on production performance, including productivity, efficiency, and material usage.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams, to align production plans with business goals.
- A minimum of a diploma in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills , strong communication and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in SAP software will be an advantage
- The candidate must be proficient in reading and writing in Mandarin (preferred), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
