Pastry Chef (Demi)

  • MALAYSIANS ONLY.
  • Able to work shifts.
  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, bread, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items meet the standards set by the establishment.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving pastry ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff members, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist in developing new pastry recipes and menu items, staying updated with current trends and techniques in pastry arts.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain good attendance.

Job Requirements
  • At least 1 years of experience as a Commis/Pastry chef.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • have own transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
