業務内容:
  • 日本語話者のユーザー様からの様々なお問い合わせに、チャットやメッセージで対応します。
  • ユーザー様からの質問に迅速かつ正確に回答し、問題解決をサポートします。
  • サービスに関するフィードバックを収集し、改善に繋がる提案を行います。
  • チームと連携し、お客様に最高のサービスを提供できるよう努めます。

Chat Support Specialist (Native Japanese) - Social Media
Do you love helping people? Are you passionate about using your Japanese language skills to make a difference? If so, we want you on our team!
We’re looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing team in Malaysia. As a Chat Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our Japanese-speaking users, providing them with exceptional support via chat and messaging.
What you’ll do:
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient support to our Japanese-speaking users via chat and messaging.
  • Answer questions accurately and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Identify and escalate user issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible user experience.
Who you are:
  • Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online tools and platforms.
Bonus points if you have:
  • Previous experience in a customer support role (especially in a chat or messaging environment).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Conversational English skills.
